灌浆期淹水时间对冬小麦旗叶光合特性的影响Effects of Waterlogging Time in Filling Stage on Photosynthetic Characteristics of Winter Wheat Flag Leaves

摘要(Abstract):
为了探讨灌浆期不同淹水时间对小麦旗叶光合特性的影响程度,在池栽补灌条件下,研究了灌浆期淹水3 d、6 d、9 d和12 d对冬小麦旗叶光合特性的影响。结果表明:淹水可导致小麦旗叶光合速率上升后又下降的光合性能降低,2个品种的光合速率均呈双峰曲线,细胞间隙CO2浓度和气孔导度均呈上升趋势,气孔限制值呈下降趋势。灌浆前期短时间淹水对小麦生产有利,但长时间淹水会引起小麦早衰,本研究结果可为华北地区旱涝急转的灾害损失提供理论支撑。
