受体酪氨酸激酶Ror在Wnt信号通路中的功能研究进展Functional Research Progress of Receptor Tyrosine Kinases Ror in Wnt Signaling Pathway

摘要(Abstract):
受体酪氨酸激酶样的孤独受体Ror是一类保守的酪氨酸激酶受体,在细胞迁移、骨骼发育、神经系统发育及癌症发生中均发挥了极其重要的作用。Ror作为Wnt受体或共受体存在,通过多种途径激活或抑制Wnt信号通路,并参与到经典和非经典Wnts串联竞争中。Wnt5a能够与Ror2相互作用,且Wnt5a/Ror2信号通路在多种形态发生中起到关键调控作用。本研究结合最新研究进展,就Ror蛋白家族的结构、功能及对Wnt信号通路的调控机理进行了综述。
