生防菌S-16的定殖动态以及对向日葵菌核病的生防效果研究Colonization of Bacillus subtilis S-16 and Its Control Effect on Sclerotinia sclerotiorum

摘要(Abstract):
以前期研究筛选的、能在各向日葵主产区应用的1株生防菌株枯草芽孢杆菌S-16为试材,在盆栽条件下,检测了其在土壤中及植物体内与繁殖能力,并测定了菌株S-16的5种菌液处理液对向日葵菌核病的抑制效果。结果表明:在接菌7 d后土壤中和植物体内的菌量均达到103cfu/g以上,并且在接菌28 d内稳定定殖并大量繁殖;5种菌液处理中代谢液处理的综合防效最高,防效达73.33%。菌株S-16具有良好的应用潜力。
