小麦Rht矮秆基因的分子标记研究进展Progress on Studies of Molecular Markers of Rht Dwarfing Genes in Wheat

摘要(Abstract)：
简述了利用RFLP、SSR、STS、RAPD等分子标记方法对不同矮秆基因进行标记和定位的结果。在小麦矮秆基因标记中,RFLP标记应用得最多,其次是SSR标记和STS标记,RAPD标记应用得较少。
