摘要(Abstract)：

从介绍分离差异mRNA技术的发展过程入手,重点概述了SSH、DDRT-PCR和cDNA-AFLP技术的程序和优缺点, 及其在分离目的基因、研究发育调控和杂种优势的分子机理等领域的应用。
