水稻抗病虫基因挖掘及聚合育种研究进展Research Advances on Gene Mining Resistant to Disease and Insect and Polymerization Breeding of Rice

摘要(Abstract):
水稻的抗病性是一个水稻品种能否应用于生产的重要性状之一。近年来,随着环境气候的变化以及品种抗病基因的单一化,导致水稻产量在病虫严重年份受到严重影响。农民使用大量的化学农药防治水稻病害虫害的过程中,极大地破坏了种植区的自然环境。因此,挖掘利用水稻自身抗病基因,聚合不同抗性基因,提高水稻自身抗病虫害能力是目前水稻抗病育种的重要途径。对水稻抗稻瘟病基因、抗白叶枯基因、抗褐飞虱基因以及水稻抗病基因聚合等内容进行了阐述。
