光照对设施油桃果实糖积累及代谢相关酶活性的影响Effect of Light on Sugar Accumulation and Sucrose-metabolizing Related Enzyme Activities of Nectarine Fruits in Greenhouse

摘要(Abstract):
以中油5号油桃为试材,研究了设施栽培条件下,光照对果实中糖积累和蔗糖代谢相关酶活性的影响。结果表明:光照改变了果实糖积累特点和蔗糖代谢酶活性。遮光处理降低了果实整个发育过程中AI和SS-c的活性,NI、SS-s和SPS的活性在果实发育的大部分时间内也有明显降低,同时减少了果实中果糖和蔗糖含量。延长光照时间对果实含糖量没有明显影响,但在果实发育的某些阶段对果实中SS-s和SPS活性有显著影响。铺反光膜处理提高了果实中蔗糖代谢相关酶活性,同时增加了成熟期果实中葡萄糖和蔗糖含量。
