甜樱桃采后生理及保鲜研究现状Current Situation of Sweet Cherry Post-harvest Physiological Characteristics and Fresh-keeping

摘要(Abstract):
结合多年研究实践,阐述了甜樱桃的采后生理特性、相关酶活性的变化、采后预处理、自发气调(MA)、气调(CA)以及货架期保鲜,并对甜樱桃果实采后的研究发展进行了展望。
