谷子EMS诱变的处理条件分析Analysis on the Conditions of EMS Treatment on Foxtail Millet

摘要(Abstract):
EMS(甲基磺酸乙酯)诱变是获得变异体进行基因功能研究的重要途径,而了解EMS处理的时间和处理浓度等基本条件是进行诱变处理的前提。本研究采用化学诱变剂EMS处理谷子品种豫谷1号,设置清水浸种过夜处理、6个不同浓度(0.1%、0.2%、0.4%、0.8%、1.0%和2.0%)不浸种处理和3个处理时间(2 h、4 h和8 h)共42个组合,以致死量达到80%~90%为标准。结果表明:豫谷1号的适宜诱变条件为清水浸种过夜、1%EMS处理8 h。
