丽蚜小蜂对烟粉虱和温室白粉虱若虫的寄生与取食选择性Parasitic and Host Feeding Preference of Encarsia formosa on Bemisia tabaci and Trialeurodes vaprorariorum

摘要(Abstract):
为明确丽蚜小蜂对寄主的偏好及其对烟粉虱和温室白粉虱若虫的防控效果,在实验室条件下,采用选择性试验,研究了丽蚜小蜂对烟粉虱和温室白粉虱1~4龄若虫的寄生与取食选择性。结果表明:在各龄期中,丽蚜小蜂均更偏好寄生温室白粉虱、偏好取食烟粉虱,并且寄生2~3龄粉虱若虫数较多、取食4龄若虫数最多;丽蚜小蜂对2种粉虱若虫的总致死量无显著差异。综合分析认为,在规模化繁育丽蚜小蜂时,应选用温室白粉虱2~3龄若虫为寄主进行接种;应用丽蚜小蜂防控粉虱时,其对温室白粉虱和烟粉虱的防控效果相当。
