小麦碳氮积累和分配与籽粒产量及品质性状关系研究

摘要(Abstract):
本试验对不同类型的冬小麦品种主要品质和产量性状进行了相关和通径分析。结果表明,N积累分配与干物质积累分配密切相关,籽粒蛋白含量与籽粒产量呈负相关,成熟期总N量、籽粒蛋白产量均与籽粒产量、籽粒蛋白含量呈显著正相关。籽粒干物质积累主要靠后期的光合产物,花后的N积累对籽粒蛋白含量起着重要作用。但高蛋白品种的N运转分配效率并不一定高。花后植株相对吸N力高有助于提高蛋白含量。以籽粒蛋白产量和成熟期总N量为选择标准可提高籽粒蛋白含量而不降低籽粒产量,有助于协调产量与品质间的矛盾。
