谷子类病斑突变体09-1115的发现及遗传分析Discover and Genetic Analysis on A Lesion Mutant 09-1115 of Foxtail Millet

摘要(Abstract):
2007年从EMS诱导谷子(Setaria italica)豫谷1号后代中发现1株全株病斑突变体,经过多代连续自交稳定,2009年将其命名为09-1115类病斑突变体。该突变体从抽穗期开始出现病斑,病斑首先出现在叶片上,随着穗的成熟,病斑变大并遍布整个植株(包括叶、叶鞘、茎和穗轴),最终全株枯黄,但是可以正常结实。与野生型相比,其株高、穗长和旗叶长无显著性差异,但穗重和穗粒重差异显著,表现为结实性差异。初步的遗传分析结果表明,该突变性状由1对隐性核基因控制。
